Results came out today....results for PMR... Want to know how I did for PMR? Well, I got 7 A's for it...don't know why I'm able to get it, but I know that God was there to pull it through for me. On 2nd thought, I do know why I was able to get 7 A's. Just another moment in time where I'm blessed by God. You might say I'm just being humble and stuff but it's kinda true that God blessed me yet again. My trial for PMR was like only 1 A and 6 B's. Wahahaha, don't go asking me to belanja makan and stuff hor? If you insist then I'll belanja but you must make sure you come out money k? PRAISE GOD!!!

Warning

Please do not read this post if you're the type who gets disgusted with cockroaches or squashing it. Anyway, for those who dares to read it, please be sure that you don't puke in front of the com or anything, I won't be held responsible for the loss of anything. Thank you.

It was a cloudy day, although in the morning. The day was so different that you would feel something wrong going to happen anytime and weird stuff happening. For example, Ken woke up at 11 rather than at 12 or 1. I was going to the showers when I saw a baby cockroach moving around. Opting to kill it, I went to the toilet to get the tissue ready to squash the cockroach. Then... the unimaginable happened.

With the tissue as my weapon, I went to my knees and took my aim at that little-disgusting-and-never-cute cockroach. The consequences were too much to bear. Missing it and it might be a big cockroach next time or it might move until Hwei sees it and screams to the top of her lungs and disable my ear drum. Anyway, I took the huge burden upon myself, and with all the courage I had summoned, I smashed it. But then hor, the tissue flew off my hand and I could not stop my hand from reaching the cockroach. So, in the end, I killed the cockroach with the tip of my middle finger. The body was still stuck on my finger when I looked at it and luckily the clean tissue was there for me to wipe it off. Well, you can say I gave the cockroach the middle finger...

Dedication to Two Great Friends

Not saying it's a totally bad day, but knowing the fact that this will be the last time Jeremy sits beside me during worship (though I still have Adrian), watching Marcus do the Hakka dance or both of them being funny is very saddening indeed. I still recall the 1st time when I met Marcus. We were on our way home in a van with a group of youths and Geng Yi was fetching us. Marcus and I were joking around with the schools' names like Mad Girl School (MGS), School For Idiots (SFI) and most notably Malacca Hippopotamus School (MHS). We were the only ones laughing a lot in the van and when I went out of the van he was the 1st to say bye to me. Jeremy, on the other hand, I met him during worship. He and Livia were shy in going in to the current youth room and I was the 1st to introduce myself to both of them. Who knew that in the later years he would be quite close with me and sit beside me during Sunday worship. Life without them would surely be empty, without anybody sending me in peace and one less person to encourage me. But nevertheless, I wish both of you along with your father, Uncle Ivan, the best in New Zealand. Though it may be tough and I am not able to understand the problems you'll be facing, but I know that God will always be there to help and guide you. Continue to grow in the Lord and be a shining light for Him. Take Arsenal losing to Middlesbrough as a parting gift as well :P. Also I dedicate this picture and video to both of you.....and you're dad...if he wants.

Embarassment!

Goshies....sis wasn't so sure bout having youth today so she asked me to call dad. But then, when I called the number, I didn't know that I had dialed the wrong number! This guy with a low voice picked up the phone, with noise at the back. Hmmm, just like how I called dad in the morning just now. I told him bout the whole youth thing and then suddenly he went, "hello?". I was like, "nice prank dad" when he soon said, "This is the Jabatan......................." the others seem blur but then it didn't take me long to realise I was talking to someone whom I thought was my about youth!!!OH NOES~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Can't even write anymore.....

Paris Joy

Nothing to do so just post on our Malaysian shuttler. Well, yesterday Lee Chong Wei, our no. 1 shuttler in Malaysia won gold against Bao ChunLai, a Chinese dude from China. There were a lot of supporters from China supporting him until I started asking myself whether these people so free until they are able to go all the way to France for 4 days and support them. Maybe the government gave them 4 days off for this competition to scream their lungs out and support the team. We Malaysians..haha..the whole match I only saw 3 supporters with just a Malaysian flag. I guess the others are busy preparing for major examinations and holidaying.

This was the supporters in Sudirman Cup 2005. They were the home crowd, so quite a lot. I think Malaysians rather stay at home and watch the match on television.

Anyway, the thing that caught my attention was the commentator stating Chong Wei as the Malaysian, rather than the Chinese. It's like somehow people don't see him as Chinese, but rather a Malaysian. That was quite wowing. During interview, his mandarin was much much horrible to such an extent that I understood what he was saying but he knew how to speak BM. Everyone does, no matter whether you're a Malaysia fanatic or a dude who just wants to get out of this country. I guess this is what Malaysia is- different skin colour and yet recognized as one.
