I stuck to reading the online news for less than 15 minutes

Title just a pun from Hwei's. Anyway, the block is un-blocked already. Came across this news on the Net about a woman who was jailed for 'killing' virtual husband. What's with the 'killing' you ask? Well, this is a cut-short story of the whole incident...

They both met in a famous online game, Maple Story (Yeah, that cute I-kill-snails-to-level-up game) and over the past 2 years Maple Story developed a system where you could marry and stuff.

A very fair fight indeed.

Geng Yi and Grace?

One day, the woman logs on to the game just to find out she has been divorced by the husband! Without letter and lawyer informing some more! "How can!" she says. So instead of consulting a lawyer (maybe they were busy with exams), she took matter into her own hands.

What she did was she logged on to her ex-online-husband and killed the character. How she killed I don't know, since the characters are usually reborn after dying, just that there will be a deduction in experience points (to level up). When the poor man logged on his account, he realised his ex-online-wife killed him! So poor man became angry man and reported to the police about this. Then angry woman became poor woman when she was arrested by the police and if convicted, will either face up to 5 years in prison or fined US$5000.

The world is getting crazy don't you think so? Next thing you know wife sues husband for commiting online adultery.

I'm having one of those days, where you can't think of anything much to write and post on the blog... Oh wait, looks like I have something to write and post about in the end.

My class went for a trip to A' Famosa Water World today. Won't talk too much about what we did there but it was interesting to note that we saw a famous Hong Kong actor there as well! His name is none other than......

So cute right? He always performs as the funny person in movies and reality shows. According to my friends, he was there for a photoshoot with the Miss Hong Kongs. So seeing the girls were like 'Oh my Goodiness! They're hotter than me!" Anyway, they did the photoshoot in Malacca. The pictures are certainly going to be shown in Hong Kong and then showed to the whole wide world. Now, doesn't he deserve a Datukship as well for promoting Malacca like Sharukh Khan did? Anyway, it's just a reminder for Ali Rustam to mention his name and Jessica Alba's next time they want to recommend potential "Grandfathers".
