I Watched...

Avatar today. It was quite a fun and nice movie to watch although the blue skin got a bit geli-fying after a while. Not to mention guys wearing G-strings... oh noes!

Yep. Faces like that the whole way.

It's an interesting place with unique concepts. They have USB-port-like hairs to interact with animals and the humans for once look advanced with those machines (In Terminator, the humans were lagging behind). Everyone was so blue, it was definitely a place where Beast in X-Men wouldn't feel left out.

The graphics and the story were good and it was a relief to see Michelle Rodriquez back again after some time. The first movie I saw her acting in was Resident Evil and since then she's slowly faded until now. The action part of the movie was also satisfying and for once the bad boss got an overkill. He was shot in the heart twice. Normally the bad boss does lots and lots of bad things before getting a mild kill at the end which would make you go, "WHAT?!?! Kill like that only?!?!". Not this one though!

For me, the only down part of the film was the colour of the tribe and their clothing. I thought they would wear more decent clothing than just some G-string. You got USB-port hairs so you can probably come up with better clothing!! And the scene where the hero and heroine were kissing just felt..... wrong.

Something like that. The main characters were in thinner versions. Imagine another hippo making out with this one.

Then again, it's just my opinion. They had to differentiate the humans and the aliens, so what better way to do other than change the skin colour and add some dots on the face? Good movie overall though. Go watch it when you have the chance okay?

Oh Ya...

By the way, I wanna thank those who prayed for me during my SPM. Even those who sent in an SMS or two to wish me all the best, thanks a bunch!

This is going to be another one of those acknowledgement thingy, so I would to thank my family for their continual nagging when I was procrastinating so that I would study.

Not forgetting some of the teachers whom I felt really really helped me. And also to the creators of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The names of all those turtles helped me gain some 2 marks in the Sejarah paper. The question was on the people who contributed in the Renaissance period and the turtles were named after these guys.

To save the best for last, God! He gave me a good mind to remember stuff and to do those dreadful Biology questions. 'A' or not, I still don't know. Anyway, it's over now and thanks again to those who even thought of me during the exam.

Then again, it's not hard to think of someone awesome like me right?

I'm Back...

From my youth camp! I enjoyed myself there. Definitely better than last year's (wahahaha). It was fun meeting the Wongs, Benjamin, Wei Ming, and Kiat Siong again. Really got to know them better this time. They're all a crazy bunch of people with weird habits, especially Richard, in a good and funny way.

I particularly liked Session 3 which talked about the 7 sayings on the cross by Jesus. It's always good to remind myself of what God did for me. Being a Christian, there's a tendency to forget or downplay the impact of the cross so it was a timely reminder to myself; Jesus dying on the cross for me, and that's how important I am to God.

So, all-in-all, it was an awesome 4-day camp.

Awesome people.

Awesome activities.

Awesome camp T-shirt.

And....

I look awesome in the camp T-shirt.

But then again, I've always been awesome haven't I?

And again the dots appear.

The Blog...

LIVES! Not literally, because it's like kinda 'dead'. Anyway, for those who did not know, I had SPM during the past 4 weeks so blogging was a bit tough. Oh well, at least Sijil Paling Mudah is over and my paper is probably sent somewhere far far away and beyond. My rotting season officially starts now where I do absolutely nothing. Hmm, blogging is something. So I guess I'll be doing some things. It'd be fun to wake up when Ken is going to school and sent him off though.
